I love the honesty and dirtiness of the sea. It's messy, gritty, organic, and beautiful. I deliberately shot past golden hour to convey the mystery of the salty, sandy beach and added a few quotes on crumbly paper. Once I lost the sun I played with a $15 LED pen I found on Amazon and practiced lettering; it's definitely one of those tools that takes skill and quite a bit of practice to use properly. I'll be back at it again soon! Who said the beach is for sunbathing?
